This page contains Terms + Conditions for Bloom. Please take a moment to read through before ordering any Bloom product. You should understand that by placing an order with Bloom that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The price of your product is applicable and set to the date you place your order.
Shipping costs, taxes, and any payment fees are recognized when you complete and confirm payment.
Returns + Exchanges
We will accept your return or exchange within 14 days of your delivery date. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. In case of a refund, the shipping is your responsibility and will not be reimbursed. Refunds will be issued once the item(s) are received and reviewed. You will be charged a small restocking fee of $3 for all returns. For furniture items, there is a restocking fee of $45.
For international orders : all orders are FINAL SALE. We aren't able to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Sale purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange at this time.
You will be notified at the time of check out an estimated shipping date. Bloom is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for shipping delays.
Bloom is not responsible for any injury or death that may occur when using our products. Please take the proper precautions when using our bedding, blankets, and other products in the care of your baby and child.
